Class: Petite History Cuff

Prerequisite: None, but comfort with hand sewing is an asset.

Description:
Create a beautifully detailed cuff bracelet featuring an older traditional Woodlands Native motifs using micro seed beads to create an intricate-looking design. This design looks wonderful worn alone or stacked with other cuffs. Width of cuff is 1⁄2” wide. Workshop participants will learn how to use deer hide to create a fabulous and elegant cuff closure. Indigenous teachings will be part of the learning experience.

Students Will Bring:
Notebook, pen, pencil, beading matt, small scissors, basic sewing kit, thimble, magnifier (if needed), task light

Kit Includes:
Everything needed to complete the project. Fabric foundation, beads, backing materials, deer hide lace, needles and thread.
